Ducate is seeking a dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee the operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the residents.

The Hostel

Warden will also be responsible for maintaining records, handling resident concerns, and enforcing hostel rules and regulations. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and welcoming setting for all guests

- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide information about the hostel's facilities and services
- Enforce hostel rules and policies,



addressing any guest concerns or issues as they arise
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hostel, including common areas, bathrooms, and guest rooms
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of daily activities and events for guests
- Monitor guest behavior and noise levels to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere
- Handle any emergencies or security incidents that may occur during your shift
- Work closely with other staff members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities
- Keep records of guest reservations, payments, and any incidents that occur on the property
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests at Ducate.
