Key Responsibilities

Site Management

- Oversee daily operations at assigned sites (vertical gardens, indoor plants, special installations).

- Ensure timely completion of all tasks with zero delays.

- Monitor plant health and resolve issues proactively.

Team Leadership

- Guide, train, and allocate tasks to gardeners and support staff.

- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to AMC protocols.

Plant Care & Installation

- Apply correct planting techniques for diverse plant types.

- Manage watering, fertilizing, pruning, and seasonal care.

- Supervise installation of new plants/gardens ensuring optimal placement.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct routine checks on plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping.

- Ensure all work meets Vertvistas high standards of quality.

Client Communication

- Act as the first point of contact for clients at site.

- Provide timely updates, address queries, and ensure satisfaction.

Equipment & Supplies

- Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools/equipment.

- Track plants, materials, and supplies.

- Monitor advanced systems (selfwatering planters, sensorbased irrigation).

Reports & Records

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, plant health, and manpower.





- Submit weekly progress and issue reports to AMC Manager.

- Ensure documentation of delivery challans, measurement sheets, and completion certificates.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, Botany, Agriculture, or allied field.

- Minimum 2 years experience in site coordination/supervision/project management (landscaping/interior/construction).

- Strong knowledge of indoor, outdoor, and rare plants.

- Understanding of vertical gardens and sustainable landscaping.

- Ability to read technical drawings and manage scale/dimensions.

- Valid drivers license.

Desired Skills

- Systematic documentation and reporting discipline.

- Familiarity with ecofriendly landscaping, watersaving irrigation, and new plant care technologies.

- Knowledge of green building certifications and landscape products.
