Salary: ₹30,000/month including travel allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate and responsible Physiotherapist to join our growing home-care physiotherapy team in Bengaluru.

The physiotherapist will provide personalised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation at clients' homes, with a strong focus on patient education, functional recovery and exercise-based rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial physiotherapy assessments and identify functional limitations.
- Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide one-to-one physiotherapy sessions at clients' homes.
- Provide appropriate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation interventions.
- Work with clients across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and general rehabilitation conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate clients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility and home-care management.
- Maintain accurate assessment, treatment and progress records.
- Communicate professionally with clients and their families.
- Maintain punctuality, professional conduct and patient confidentiality.
- Escalate cases requiring medical/ specialist referral when appropriate.
- Travel to assigned client locations within the designated 10 km service radius.





Requirements
- BPT / MPT from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional registration where applicable.
- Preferably 1–3 years of clinical experience.
- Good clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic smartphone/online documentation skills.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Compassionate, punctual and professional approach.
