Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and client-focused HNI Dealer to manage and service High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling client trading requirements, providing market-related support, coordinating with research and advisory teams, and maintaining strong relationships with HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle HNI and Ultra-HNI clients and provide high-quality dealing and client servicing support.

- Execute client orders accurately and efficiently across Equity, Futures & Options and other market segments.

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with HNI clients.

- Understand client requirements, investment objectives and risk preferences.

- Coordinate with the Research, Advisory and Relationship Management teams to provide relevant market information and support.

- Communicate market updates, trading opportunities and research views to clients as per company guidelines.

- Monitor client portfolios, trading activity and account requirements.

- Ensure timely execution and confirmation of client transactions.

- Address client queries and resolve dealing-related issues promptly.

- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email and other approved communication channels.

- Assist in increasing client engagement, retention and overall client experience.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, risk controls and applicable SEBI/NSE/BSE regulations.





- Maintain complete confidentiality of client and trading information.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.

- Good knowledge of Indian equity markets and financial products.

- Understanding of Equity, Futures & Options and market terminology.

- Ability to handle HNI clients professionally and confidently.

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable knowledge of trading terminals and MS Office.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced market environment.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in order execution.

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Banking or a related specialization preferred.

- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.

- NISM certification relevant to the role will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 25 years of experience in HNI dealing, equity dealing, wealth management, private client servicing or stock broking.

- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.

- Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant financial-market knowledge may also be considered for suitable junior positions.
