We are hiring for an International Voice Process

Your primary role will involve handling customer calls from countries like the U.S. and Australia. Work location is Marathahalli.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting customers with product and service-related queries.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Providing support through inbound and outbound calls.

Skills Required:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
- Robust Logical Reasoning and Analytical Thinking.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (U.S. shift hours)

Salary & Perks:
- Salary Range: 20,000 - 33,000 per month (In-hand based on your performance in interview and experience)
