Position: SI Associate Manager - Digital Analytics

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday-Friday)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST

Role Overview The Digital Analytics Associate Manager will lead defined analytics and reporting workstreams focused on improving performance across the end-to-end digital banking customer lifecycle - from acquisition, application conversion, account opening, and funding through digital adoption, transaction behavior, ongoing engagement, retention, and customer profitability. The role combines digital banking knowledge with hands-on analytical problem-solving, structured delivery, and client-facing consulting skills.

The Associate Manager will manage day-to-day delivery for assigned client workstreams, including business requirements, data sourcing, transformation, analysis, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and ongoing reporting operations. The role will coordinate project activities, supervise Analysts and Specialists, support stakeholder working sessions, and collaborate with onshore and offshore business, product, data, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead defined digital analytics and reporting workstreams across the customer lifecycle.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Manage workstream delivery from requirements gathering through data preparation, analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and BAU support.
- Conduct and review analyses of acquisition funnels, application conversion, account opening, funding, attrition, digital adoption, customer engagement, feature performance, payment behavior, transaction patterns, and profitability.
- Synthesize analytical findings into clear business insights and support practical recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs within committed timelines.
- Apply consistent KPI definitions, data-quality controls, analytical methodologies, and reporting standards.




- Contribute to the consolidation and automation of recurring reports.
- Support stakeholder discussions, client presentations, analytical storytelling, and project governance.
- Supervise and guide Analysts and Specialists, providing feedback, coaching, and quality oversight.
- Collaborate effectively with coordinated onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

- Total professional experience of 5.5-7.5 years in digital analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or a similar customer-focused digital business.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, customer engagement, product adoption, channel performance, payments, and profitability.
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches, data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience across the analytics lifecycle, including requirements, data preparation, analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and BAU support.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytical tools such as Python or SAS.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience defining business rules, analytical methodologies, data-quality controls, and reporting standards.
- Experience handling complex analytical assignments involving large and granular client datasets.
- Ability to manage an assigned workstream, coordinate priorities and dependencies, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
- Strong PowerPoint, analytical storytelling, client communication, and presentation skills.
