Experience: Minimum 1 Year as a Trainer in an International BPO

- Job Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for sales and customer service teams.

- Deliver product, process, sales, and communication training.

- Conduct induction, refresher, and process training sessions.

- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Identify skill gaps and implement appropriate training plans.

- Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.

- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve team performance.
