Job Responsibilities

- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management and Execution teams.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation for obtaining quotations.
- Conduct market research to identify new materials and suppliers.
- Prepare and follow up on approvals for project submittals.
- Obtain material samples and ensure timely approvals while maintaining a database of approved materials and coded submittals.
- Review Purchase Orders and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Scrutinize material specifications and approvals against requisitions.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management on a timely basis.
- Ensure smooth and effective administration of procurement activities.




- Proactively identify and highlight procurement-related risks, delays, or hindrances.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Procurement, Purchase, Contracts, Vendor Management, and Material Sourcing.
- Exposure to Infrastructure, Construction, Building, Industrial, or EPC projects preferred.
- Solid negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of construction materials, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Location Preference: Candidates from Pan India are welcome to apply and should be open to relocating to Jamnagar, Gujarat.
