Job Overview

SALDEL is hiring confident and enthusiastic Process Associates for its Australian outbound voice campaigns. The company handles campaigns across multiple industries, including health insurance, investment property, superannuation, solar panels and batteries, and other sectors.

We are looking for candidates with strong cold-calling and communication skills who are comfortable interacting with Australian customers and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian customers and prospective clients.
- Handle high-volume calling, with a daily expectation of connecting with 500+ customers/leads as per the campaign.
- Conduct cold calls and introduce campaign offerings to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and identify customer interest.
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses and leads.
- Follow calling scripts, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Work towards individual performance goals and maximize incentive opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Previous outbound calling and cold-calling experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with Australian process experience will be preferred.




- International outbound voice experience with strong cold-calling skills is also considered.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling international customers over the phone.
- Ability to work in a high-volume calling environment.
- Candidates should be energetic, proactive and target-oriented.

Salary and Incentives
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Australian process experience: Salary up to ₹28,000 or more, depending on experience.
- Strong international outbound/cold-calling experience: Salary up to ₹30,000.
- Uncapped incentives: Earnings depend on lead generation and performance, with no fixed incentive ceiling.
