Network and IPT Delivery Analyst - D&O; EMEA
Summary
The Network and IPT Delivery Analyst functions as the primary coordinator for network and security service delivery across the designated region. This role is critical for overseeing the precise, timely, and compliant execution of all deployments, changes, and migrations in accordance with Mars standards. Serving as the vital liaison between the Outsourcing Business (OB), Mars, and Local IT teams, the analyst ensures process consistency, transparent communication, accurate reporting, and a smooth transition into operational phases while upholding strict governance protocols. A specialized competency in IPT Voice and Anywhere Now (ANow) solutions is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
- Assess and process new delivery requirements for the Mars ENS environment within the region, including the initiation of Service Request Tickets (SRTs) and maintaining uniformity across all submissions.
- Supervise the provision of network and security services, such as LAN and WLAN, across Mars locations in collaboration with vendors, OB Business As Usual (BAU) teams, and project management units.
- Monitor the OB Project Manager responsible for maintaining the Mars BAU and project trackers, ensuring data accuracy and full visibility of project status.
- Guarantee that all delivery operations adhere to established change control procedures, meet quality benchmarks, and are finalized within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Manage deployment logistics and foster proactive, clear communication channels with all pertinent stakeholders.
- Verify that vendors and OB resources deliver precise and prompt updates regarding inventory, billing, weekly progress, documentation, and network schematics.
- Evaluate and validate runbooks and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) to confirm technical accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Assess proposed modifications to ensure technical robustness and regulatory compliance prior to implementation.
- Partner closely with OB project managers and BAU teams to monitor overall performance, escalating end-to-end deployment challenges as necessary.
- Keep the Mars BAU and project trackers current to facilitate reliable reporting and operational visibility.
- Oversee the correct execution and application of the Hand-Over to Operations (HOTO) process.
- Participate in deployment and migration meetings to assist with planning, execution, and the resolution of emerging issues.
- Engage in weekly BAU project status sessions to confirm that vendors and OB counterparts are meeting their assigned obligations.
- Ensure financial data, including OpEx tracking and delta reporting, remains accurate, current, and reflective of actual delivery activities.
- Collaborate with the Mars Project Manager to ensure actions are completed consistently and within deadlines.
- Act as the central point of contact between OB, Mars, and Local IT to enable seamless coordination across systems, processes, and project outputs.
- Dedicate approximately 40-50% of time to supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of IPT/Voice systems and ANow collaboration platforms (including Teams, Exchange Online,
and SharePoint Online) as part of the broader ENS delivery framework.
Requirements
- Possess a solid grounding in networking concepts alongside strong analytical and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of networking protocols.
- Have practical experience in configuring network devices.
- Hold basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, which is considered advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities and technical problem-solving skills, with a focus on precision in infrastructure delivery and procedure documentation.
- Display clear facilitation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report on deployment progress to technical, business, local Site IT, and vendor stakeholders.
- Recognize that network deployment is a collaborative effort requiring close cooperation with various IT professionals.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or Network Engineering with relevant professional experience in the field.
- Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in networks and infrastructure.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in deploying network infrastructure.
- Bring prior experience working within global organizations.
- Show the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent multi-task management, time management, and self-organization abilities.
