Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area, combining responsibilities of Marketing Executive, CAD Designer, and Telecaller.

The Marketing

Executive will support market planning, assist in implementing marketing campaigns, help coordinate promotions, and collaborate with sales to drive lead generation. The CAD Designer will create and modify design drawings, prepare layouts based on client and internal requirements, ensure accuracy of technical details, and work closely with the team to align designs with project objectives. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls, provide information to potential and existing customers, follow up on leads, record call details accurately,



and support sales and marketing activities by maintaining strong customer relationships.

All responsibilities require close coordination with internal teams, adherence to company standards, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign execution and brand-building activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and present data that informs business and marketing decisions.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and basic customer handling to convert inquiries, follow up with leads, and support revenue growth.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD software and ability to produce accurate design drawings and layouts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using phone, email, and basic office software for telecalling and documentation.
- Relevant diploma or degree in marketing, design, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in any of the described functions.
