Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 8+ Years in Medical Coding with Radiology Specialty Experience
Role: Manager/ Sr.Manager -Radiology Coding
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily Radiology Coding operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop coding teams to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, and payer guidelines
- Conduct audits, quality reviews, and performance evaluations
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Handle escalations and support business growth initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Radiology Coding and medical coding guidelines
- Team management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in quality auditing and productivity management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
