- ITSM
- Employee center/ virtual agent
- Integration
- Automation
- Implementation in ServiceNow
- Architecture/Design / end to end platform roll out
- Knowledge of web-based systems architecture
- Service-based architecture
- Experience on ServiceNow Orchestration

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 DAYS

Certifications:

- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow Admin Certified
- ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM or ITBM (must)

- Any Full time Graduate
