- Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice or Semi-Voice Process
Salary
Freshers: 4 LPA
Experienced: 5 LPA (decent hike up to 30%, based on current CTC and experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international semi-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
