Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Freshers Welcome

Salary: Up to 19,000 In-Hand

Working Days: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English understanding preferred.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
