Designation : Programme Lead

Qualifications : Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT) Mandatory

Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the preschool industry, including a minimum of 2 years of preschool teaching experience

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Role Overview The Programme Lead will be responsible for driving academic excellence and ensuring consistent implementation of the curriculum across centres within the assigned cluster. The role involves mentoring and coaching facilitators, monitoring classroom practices, conducting training programs, supporting curriculum implementation, and ensuring adherence to academic standards and the organisation's philosophy.

The Programme Lead will work closely with Centre Directors, Centre Administrators and the Regional Programme Manager to create high-quality learning environments and continuously enhance the teaching and learning experience for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Centre Directors, Centre Administrators and the Regional Programme Manager to ensure smooth academic and curriculum operations.
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of the curriculum across all centres in the assigned cluster.
- Monitor classroom practices, curriculum implementation, assessments and learning outcomes.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback, mentoring and on-the-job coaching to facilitators.
- Identify training and development needs and conduct in-centre training and capability-building programs.
- Introduce innovative teaching strategies and best practices to enhance classroom effectiveness.




- Guide facilitators in maintaining assessments, progress reports, portfolios, diaries and other academic documentation.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the academic calendar and timely completion of planned academic activities.
- Conduct and support Parent Orientations, Open Houses, Coffee with Curriculum and Parent-Facilitator Conferences.
- Participate in recruitment activities including interviews, demo evaluations and assessment of teaching potential.
- Support performance reviews and appraisal discussions for preschool facilitators.
- Ensure learning spaces, resources and classroom environments meet organisational standards and encourage children's learning and development.
- Monitor academic documentation, prescribed tools and reporting systems for compliance.
- Use data and observations to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Support continuous improvement of academic programs and service delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of academic objectives.
- Stay updated on developments in Early Childhood Education through workshops, training programs, journals and other skilled learning opportunities.




- Ensure curriculum-related updates and changes are effectively communicated to facilitators.
- Support curriculum budgeting and ensure resources are utilised effectively and within approved budgets.
- Attend departmental, staff and administrative meetings as required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills

- Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Creative approach towards teaching and learning
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and online/webinar platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and demonstrate initiative
- Strong integrity, confidentiality and skilled conduct

Mobility Requirement

- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned cluster
- Willingness to travel across other clusters whenever required
