Job Role:

We are hiring for a Technical Support Executive role for Adobe. This is a 100% international voice process, where candidates will handle technical queries related to Adobe software and provide effective resolutions to global customers.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Adobe products via voice calls
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers with solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet quality and performance benchmarks

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Bpo Technical Support / Voice Process
- Education: Graduation mandatory (Any Graduate)
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
