Windeson Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on ERP / Business Systems Developer to build and improve technology solutions across our garment export operations.

A talented AI graduate from IIT to help us build AI-driven solutions and automation systems across our apparel manufacturing and merchandising business.

What you’ll do

Develop & automate ERP/business workflows using Python + SQL

Build Power BI dashboards, MIS & management reports

Work with Tally, ERP & business data

Automate reporting and repetitive processes

Develop solutions for Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Sampling & Accounts

Work directly with management to improve systems and operational efficiency

What we’re looking for

✅ 3+ years relevant experience

✅ Strong Python + SQL skills

✅ Hands-on Power BI experience

✅ Experience with Tally / ERP systems

✅ Manufacturing / garment / textile / export-house experience preferred

✅ Solid problem-solving & analytical skills
