Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical E-commerce & Digital Marketing qualified to drive online sales, digital growth, customer engagement, and retail marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead E-commerce & Digital Marketing strategy to drive online sales and growth.
- Manage Meta & Google Ads, campaign optimization, tracking, and Pixel integration.
- Manage Shopify, including apps, integrations, merchandising, and website experience.
- Drive marketplace expansion and alternate digital channels.
- Manage product listings, availability, conversion, and online customer experience.
- Develop Instagram, content, and Reels strategies to improve engagement.
- Drive CRM & Loyalty campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan WhatsApp, SMS & Email campaigns and customer journeys.




- Drive repeat purchases through lifecycle and retention initiatives.
- Execute marketing strategies for new store openings, retail events, and campaigns.
- Manage store-level, franchise, partner, local, and mall marketing activities.
- Develop marketing plans for underperforming stores.
- Manage agencies, vendors, influencers, and marketing partners.
- Track Sales, Digital & Marketing MIS and drive ROI and cost optimization.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Digital / Retail Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, Shopify, CRM/Loyalty, and Retail Marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email Marketing.
- Strong analytical, campaign management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to convert marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
- Candidates should be comfortable attending a F2F interview in Park Street, Kolkata.
