Data Product Manager with Reltio MDM

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, with a specific focus on Reltio or comparable platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping data product roadmaps, overseeing the lifecycle of master data solutions, and fostering seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The successful candidate will champion data quality programs and leverage technical proficiency to validate and analyze complex datasets, ensuring our data assets drive organizational value.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for data platforms and MDM solutions.

- Manage the full lifecycle of master data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Facilitate effective communication and requirement gathering between diverse stakeholder groups and technical teams.

- Lead and monitor data quality initiatives to maintain high standards of data integrity.





- Utilize SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting to support decision-making processes.

- Apply principles of data governance to ensure compliance and consistency across data assets.

- Identify and acquire any project-specific technical prerequisites necessary for successful delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing products on Reltio MDM or equivalent Master Data Management platforms.

- Demonstrated background in Data Product Management or Data Platform strategy.

- Solid capability in stakeholder management and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

- Proficiency in SQL for performing data validation and analytical tasks.

- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies.

- Ability to adapt and apply specific skills required by individual project mandates.
