Your role will be to attract, source, and hire medical professionals that meet the needs and goals of our healthcare system.

The Healthcare Recruiters responsibilities include creating and posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating offers, and initiating the onboarding process.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified medical professionals for our healthcare system
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate suitability
- Facilitate the negotiation of offers and initiate the onboarding process
- Maintain relationships with colleges, medical schools, and residency programs to ensure a continuous flow of candidates




- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to boost companys reputation and attract potential candidates
- Keep abreast with latest trends in healthcare recruitment
- Maintain a database of potential and successful candidates for future reference
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare industry
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent knowledge of job posting sites and social media networks
- Robust decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- HR, Business, or related field
