Education

Any degree in Microbiology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, FSN/FSND or Nursing, with or without prior experience.

- Receive customer calls and help them in fixing an appointment for either a healthcheck up/ scan / any other consultation
- Explain about any queries that the customer may have
- Make calls to select numbers shared by the Lead (enquiries received by us)
- Escalate calls / information that cannot be resolved to the Lead
- Fluency in English and Tamil must (other languages will be added advantage) - We are now looking for a Kannada speaking healthcare executive on an urgent basis

Fixing appointments is the target

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
