? EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

Health Claim Processing

Health Claim Adjudication

Health Claim Investigation

Medical Claim Assessment

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





Accurate & errorless health claim adjudication

Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summaries

Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical documentation

Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicators

Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality parameters

Achieve daily productivity and quality targets assigned by the client

Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standards
