We're Hiring: Head – Quality Management Systems (QMS)

? Location: Hadapsar, Pune

? Reporting To: MD / Head of Operations

Are you a seasoned Quality Leader with a passion for building robust quality systems and driving operational excellence? Klug Avalon is looking for a Head – Quality Management Systems (QMS) to lead and strengthen our quality framework across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and service functions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

✅ Drive ISO 9001 implementation, audits, compliance, and closure of audit findings.

✅ Lead RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Strengthen incoming, in-process, and final quality controls across manufacturing operations.

✅ Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints through systemic corrective actions.

✅ Manage supplier quality programs, audits, and corrective actions.

✅ Establish quality dashboards covering PPM, FPY, CAPA, rework, complaints, and Cost of Poor Quality.

✅ Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams to embed a culture of quality.

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams.

Candidate Profile





✔ 18–30 years of experience in manufacturing quality and QMS.

✔ BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

✔ Robust expertise in ISO 9001, Quality Systems, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement.

✔ Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics manufacturing preferred.

✔ Lean, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor certifications will be an added advantage.
