We are looking for an experienced and responsible Franchise Operations Manager to manage and coordinate operations across all franchise schools and work closely with Franchise Heads.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with all franchise schools and Franchise Heads.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of franchises.
- Maintain regular communication with Franchise Heads and Management.
- Support franchises in recruitment, academics, administration, and operational matters.
- Monitor franchise performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Ensure school policies, processes, and standards are followed across all franchises.
- Coordinate meetings, reports, reviews, and follow-ups with Franchise Heads.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Prepare regular franchise performance reports for Management.
- Support new franchise setup and implementation of standard processes.
- Build strong professional relationships with Franchise Heads and school teams.
- Travel to franchise locations when required.
ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in franchise management, school operations, administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
