Head of Sales – EMEA & LATAMLinx Inc. | Global Employment Solutions
About LinxLinx helps companies hire, employ and manage talent across international markets. Our solutions include Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, Contractor Management, Recruitment/RPO, Immigration and workforce solutions.
As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – EMEA & LATAM to build and grow our business across these regions.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales leadership role.
We are looking for someone who can personally originate and close business while building a repeatable sales engine across EMEA and LATAM. This is not a role focused primarily on managing a team, creating presentations or reporting pipeline activity.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify companies hiring internationally, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and convert those opportunities into new EOR clients and employed workers.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and initial client launch.
What You Will OwnNew Business Development
- Build and execute the EMEA and LATAM sales strategy with EOR as the primary offering.
- Develop a clearly defined target-account universe across priority industries and countries.
- Identify companies expanding into new countries, hiring without local entities, managing international contractors, consolidating EOR providers or experiencing global payroll/compliance challenges.
- Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, Talent leaders, CFOs, COOs, founders and other senior decision-makers.
- Personally originate, develop and close new business.
- Develop competitor-migration opportunities with companies already using global EOR providers.
Full-Cycle Sales
- Own opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation and signature.
- Maintain rigorous qualification standards around country, headcount, hiring timeline, employment model, decision-maker, buying trigger and next action.
- Build proposals around the client's actual workforce requirements rather than selling EOR as a commodity.
- Work with Operations and Finance on country feasibility, pricing and commercial structure.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline stages, next actions and close dates.
- Develop reliable weekly and quarterly forecasts.
EOR Growth The primary measure of success will be business converted, not sales activity. You will be accountable for:
- New EOR logos signed
- New EOR workers contracted and launched
- Qualified opportunities created
- Proposal-to-close conversion
- Sales cycle and pipeline velocity
- Expansion opportunities generated
- Qualified pipeline entering the following quarter
Meetings, outreach, target accounts and proposals are important leading indicators, but they are not substitutes for closed business. Territory Development – EMEA & LATAM
- Identify the highest-potential country corridors and verticals within the territory.
- Build country-specific and industry-specific sales motions rather than using one generic global pitch.
- Develop referral relationships with immigration firms, employment lawyers, tax/accounting firms, HR technology companies, PE/VC firms and other ecosystem partners.
- Build competitive intelligence around major EOR providers and identify opportunities for clients to migrate to Linx.
- Use market signals such as funding, geographic expansion, current leadership, international job postings, contractor populations and entity changes to identify buying opportunities.
Client Expansion
- Partner with Client Success from the beginning of each client relationship.
- Remain closely involved during initial launch and ensure a clean transition to Client Success.
- Support Client Success in closing identified expansion opportunities across additional workers, countries and services.
- Identify opportunities for Global Payroll, Contractors, Immigration, Recruitment/RPO and other Linx workforce solutions.
Sales LeadershipThis role will initially be expected to sell personally, not simply manage other sellers. As the territory develops, the Head of Sales will:
- Build a data-driven case for additional sales headcount.
- Recruit and develop high-performing AEs/SDRs when justified by pipeline and productivity.
- Establish clear quotas and conversion expectations.
- Coach the team through complex opportunities and negotiations.
- Establish consistent sales processes across EMEA and LATAM.
- Use automation and AI to increase salesperson productivity before adding unnecessary headcount.
We believe sales organizations should scale output faster than headcount. First 90 DaysThe first 90 days should demonstrate both pipeline creation and commercial conversion.
Days 1–30 – Build Qualified Pipeline
- Establish priority countries, verticals and target accounts.
- Build decision-maker coverage across priority accounts.
- Activate outbound, trigger-based, partner and competitor-migration motions.
- Build a meaningful qualified opportunity pipeline.
- Begin proposals and commercial discussions.
Days 31–60 – Demonstrate Conversion
- Progress qualified opportunities into proposals and negotiations.
- Close initial new EOR clients.
- Establish measurable funnel conversion.
- Identify which territories, verticals and demand-generation motions are producing genuine buying opportunities.
- Remove or change activities that are generating activity without commercial results.
Days 61–90 – Produce Repeatable Sales
- Deliver new EOR logos and contracted worker headcount.
- Establish predictable funnel conversion from qualified meeting → opportunity → proposal → customer.
- Build sufficient qualified pipeline for the following quarter.
- Identify the 2–3 highest-performing sales motions to scale.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful experience selling across EMEA and/or LATAM.
- Demonstrated history of personally closing enterprise and mid-market business.
- Experience selling EOR, global payroll, HR technology, staffing/RPO, workforce solutions or another complex B2B service strongly preferred.
- Existing understanding of international employment and cross-border hiring.
- Strong executive-level selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prospect and create business rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Experience building new territories or markets from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting and conversion metrics.
- Ability to work across Sales, Operations, Finance, Recruitment and Client Success.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment without requiring a large corporate sales infrastructure around them.
What Success Looks LikeWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate: “I built the territory, created qualified opportunities, converted them into clients, grew EOR headcount and built enough pipeline to do it again next quarter.”
We are not looking for someone whose primary evidence of performance is the number of emails sent, meetings held, accounts mapped or presentations created.
The Head of Sales – EMEA & LATAM will ultimately be measured on customers won, EOR headcount landed, quality of pipeline, conversion and repeatability of the sales engine.
“Individual contributor first, team builder second.”
