Seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for its PCBA product line.

The role is responsible for driving production excellence by ensuring consistent execution of manufacturing standards,

production planning, and resource optimization across shifts.

The incumbent will lead manufacturing activities, monitor key performance indicators, address quality and safety deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing manpower and equipment utilization,

collaborating with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and implementing initiatives to improve throughput,

reduce process variability, and optimize manufacturing costs.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PCBA or power electronics manufacturing, production management, shop-floor leadership, and operational excellence within a high-volume manufacturing workplace.
