We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships & Business Development to drive strategic partnerships, merchant acquisition, and business growth for our fintech platform.

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry: Fintech – Mandatory

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic merchant and business partnerships.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
- Generate and manage the partnership/business development pipeline.
- Lead partnership proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive merchant onboarding, activation, and revenue growth.
- Identify new market and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other teams.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline reports,



and partnership performance tracking.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant fintech experience is mandatory.
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or merchant acquisition.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience dealing with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
