Shiv Sagar Group is looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead marketing across the entire portfolio while understanding the distinct positioning, audience, business objectives and growth requirements of each brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands restaurants, consumer behaviour, brand building, digital marketing, revenue generation, events, customer acquisition and multi-location F&B; operations.

ROLE OBJECTIVE The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and executing the overall marketing strategy for Shiv Sagar Group and its portfolio of brands.

The role will require balancing:

· Brand building

· Revenue and business growth

· Customer acquisition and retention

· Digital and performance marketing

· Social media and content

· Restaurant-level marketing

· New outlet launches

· Events and experiences

· Partnerships and collaborations

· CRM and loyalty

· Online delivery and dining platforms

· PR and influencer marketing

· Market intelligence and consumer insights The ideal candidate should be able to move seamlessly between boardroom strategy and restaurant-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the annual marketing strategy for Shiv Sagar Group across all brands.
- Establish explicit marketing objectives, priorities and budgets for each brand.
- Build a clear marketing calendar across the portfolio.
- Ensure that each brand has a differentiated identity and does not compete with another Group brand unnecessarily.
- Identify opportunities for cross-brand marketing and customer acquisition.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy across the Group.




- Lead the overall social media strategy while managing internal and external teams/agencies.
- Driving business at the outlet level. Develop marketing strategies based on the micro-market surrounding each restaurant.
- Recent Restaurant/ outlet launches
- Events & Experiences
- Influencer/ PR/ Partnerships
- Work closely with Operations and the Delivery/Dining Growth team to ensure online channels contribute meaningfully to revenue.
- Develop a structured customer retention strategy across the Group.
- Consumer & Market Insights
- Lead and develop the Group's internal marketing team.
- Partner with Culinary / Product / Operations teams on menu innovation, launches, pricing communication and consumer propositions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

10–15 years of experience, preferably with:

· Restaurant groups, F&B; chains, Hospitality groups, Premium restaurants, Bars and nightlife brands / Café chains

· Lifestyle brands

· Consumer-facing businesses

Must-Have Industry Experience - The candidate should have strong, practical knowledge of the F&B; industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is:

A business-oriented marketer who understands restaurants. Someone who can think like a Brand Head, Analyse like a Business Head and Execute like an F&B; Operator.

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong F&B; / Hospitality experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple brands is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
