The Role

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Head to drive our marketing function, elevate brand visibility, and accelerate customer acquisition. You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and project-specific channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific residential and commercial projects.
- - Campaign Management: Lead digital, social, print, and outdoor campaigns while closely monitoring lead generation, performance, and ROI.
- - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Channel teams to hit business targets.




- - Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets while establishing performance objectives for the internal marketing team.
- - Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities and trends.

- What You Bring

- 10–15 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate or property development sector.
- - Proven success managing both traditional integrated campaigns and digital performance marketing.
- - Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- - Experience managing agency relationships and overseeing marketing budgets.
