We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing & Growth to lead Adona’s marketing function and drive its next phase of growth across digital, retail, e-commerce and channel businesses. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, execute effectively and build a high-performing in-house team to support Adona’s long-term goals.

Adona is a home and furniture brand offering modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, kids’ furniture, bedroom and living room furniture, and customised solutions. We reach customers through our retail store, website and online marketplaces, while also developing our dealer, distributor and channel partner network.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Growth: Working closely with the Founder/Director, own and execute an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen the brand, generate qualified leads and ensure consistent communication across customer touchpoints.
- Social Media, Content & Campaigns: Lead social media strategy, content planning, creative direction and campaigns.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive Google, Meta and other digital campaigns to generate quality leads, acquire customers and improve conversions and ROI.
- E-commerce & Marketplaces: Grow Adona’s website and marketplaces through improved visibility, traffic, SEO and promotions.
- Retail & Industry Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase showroom footfall and sales, and build engagement with architects, interior designers and other industry professionals.
- Dealer & Channel Marketing: Support dealer, distributor, channel partner and franchise growth through marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
- Planning & Reporting: Own marketing plans, calendars,



budgets and KPIs; use performance data and customer insights to guide decisions and improve results; report key metrics to senior leadership.
- Team & Function Building: Build and develop the marketing team over time, manage internal resources and external partners, establish effective processes and workflows, and work closely with Sales, Design and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

- 6–10 years of marketing experience, with strong leadership exposure and a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
- Experience in consumer products, retail, lifestyle, home, furniture or interiors would be relevant.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads, preferably in consumer, D2C or retail-led businesses.
- Experience in brand strategy, social media, content marketing and integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, multiple channels and performance metrics.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate marketing insights into business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and project management skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership in a growing business.
- Experience building or developing a team would be an advantage.
