The company installs aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems for architects, consultants, builders, institutions, and corporations.

Position: HR Head – Manufacturing & Installation

Location: Malad, Mumbai | Industry: Façade, Fenestration, or Installation Services

We are looking for a dynamic HR Head to lead our people strategy across office, site, factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive recruitment for technical staff, management positions and C-suite positions
- Manage compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factories Act)
- Oversee attendance, payroll, and contractor coordination
- Build a protected and compliant work environment at sites & plants




- Lead employee engagement, training, appraisal and retention initiatives
- Implement performance management and HR policy frameworks
- Help take Administrative and Financial decisions for the company to help increase impact on people, planet and profitablility

Requirements:

- 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/construction
- Strong command of labor law compliance and site workforce dynamics
- Hands-on with payroll, EHS coordination, employee leadership
