What You'll Do:

- Own the direct growth funnel end-to-end, lead generation through visits, across every market, for both buyer and seller.
- Manage paid channels: own budget, channel mix, and CAC/attribution across paid acquisition.
- Hyperlocal/Organic:



build on-ground activation and unlock new organic channels like referrals into a durable, low CAC engine.
- Retention/Engagement: win back dormant/lost leads from the CRM into active visits.

What We're Looking for:

- 6-12 years in growth marketing, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Owned a full-funnel business number in a past role, not just a single channel's metric.
- Built or scaled at least one marketing channel from early stage to a repeatable engine.
- Deep hands-on fluency with funnel data (Zoho or similar) to drive decisions.
- Valuable to have: Managing pre-sales team, qualifying and converting leads into visits
