Head of Global Marketplaces

We are looking for a senior marketplace leader to own and grow the marketplace business across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the marketplace P&L;, including revenue, margins, forecasts and growth targets.
- Drive marketplace growth across platforms.
- Own the performance across Seller Central, FBA, PPC, account health, brand registry and catalogue.
- Define the right operating model across markets — 3P, 1P/vendor, distributor or partner-led.
- Manage pricing, promotions, discounts and marketplace economics.
- Own marketplace advertising, including budgets, bids, search terms, ACOS and TACOS.
- Improve catalogue quality and conversion, including listings, A+ content, reviews and brand stores.
- Build and manage teams, agencies and processes to scale the marketplace business.
- Leverage automation, AI and technology to improve marketplace performance and operational efficiency.

- Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience owning marketplace/e-commerce business performance, preferably across multiple countries.




- Has directly owned a marketplace P&L;, revenue target, advertising budget or growth mandate.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Seller Central, FBA, PPC, promotions and account health.
- Experience working across 3P, 1P/vendor, distributor or partner-led models.
- Experience with premium consumer products, consumer electronics, hardware, wellness or similar categories is preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, margins, pricing and business analytics.
- Experience using automation/AI to improve business processes.
- Comfortable managing teams and external agencies while staying hands-on with the business.
