- Strategy

- Own end-to-end financial management for mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with delivery and sales leadership on utilization, margins, and pricing.

- Deliver crisp monthly MIS and leadership reporting — revenue, margin, cost, and cash dashboards that drive decisions.

Accounting, Compliance &

- Controls

- Own the monthly/quarterly/annual close on Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness.

- Ensure full statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Skilled Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and income tax — working with external advisors and auditors.

- Formalize and manage Intercompany operations with the US entity — transfer pricing documentation, Intercompany agreements, invoicing, and FEMA/RBI compliance.





- Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and financial policies across procurement, expense, and payroll.

Payroll, Treasury &

- Operations

- Oversee payroll for 100 employees, including appraisal-cycle payouts, variable pay/TBP programs, and reimbursements.

- Manage banking relationships, cash positioning, and multi-account treasury across entities.

- Own vendor contracts, insurance, and finance-related legal coordination.

Systems &

- AI-Enabled Finance

- Champion automation and AI in finance operations — reconciliations, variance commentary, forecasting, and reporting.

Team Leadership

- Build and lead a lean, high-caliber finance and accounts team; develop talent and succession depth.
