D2C E-Commerce Head

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented D2C E-Commerce Head to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Shopify, performance marketing, e-commerce operations, analytics, CRO, and P&L; management, preferably in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall D2C growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.

Own end-to-end Shopify website performance, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, UX, conversion, and customer journey.

Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.

Drive conversion and revenue growth through CRO, A/B testing, campaigns, offers, product launches
