Role Description The Head of Design at Insyde Studio will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all projects meet the studio’s quality and aesthetic standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing a multidisciplinary design team, assigning and reviewing work, and providing mentorship and creative direction. The Head of Design will collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and refine solutions based on feedback.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing interior design plans, coordinating with project managers and vendors, maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.



The role also includes developing and improving design processes, contributing to studio strategy, and staying current with trends, materials, and technologies in interior and product design.

Qualifications

- Strong design leadership and Design Management skills, including team oversight, project coordination, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Branding to ensure cohesive, premium aesthetics across all client touchpoints and studio materials.
- Experience in Product Design related to interiors, fixtures, or bespoke elements that complement overall spatial concepts.
- Advanced Interior Design expertise, including space planning, material selection, lighting, and detailed drawings.
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field, with substantial experience in a senior or lead design role.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear design directions.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
- Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
