Looking for a brand marketing leader from a premium/luxury background (beauty, fragrance, personal care, fashion or lifestyle) to own the brand agenda for a growing premium consumer brand.
What you'll drive:
? Annual marketing calendar — seasonal, festive & BAU campaigns
? 360° campaign planning across digital, retail, CRM, influencer & PR
? Omnichannel brand consistency across D2C, e-comm, retail & packaging
? Brand guidelines, tone of voice & brand governance
? Marketing budgets, spend optimisation & agency management
What we're looking for:
✔️ 8+ years in brand marketing, with premium/luxury brand experience
✔️ Strong track record running 360° campaigns end-to-end
✔️ Sharp understanding of consumer behaviour & premium positioning
✔️ MBA/PGDM preferred
