Zyng Parks is the experiential parks business of Z-TECH (India) Ltd. ,creating immersive experiences across cities through entertainment, culture, food & beverage, events and experiential attractions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Events & Activations professional to lead the events, programming and brand activation agenda across Zyng Parks, with a focus on footfall, engagement, partnerships and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1)Develop and manage the annual and monthly events calendar across Zyng Parks.

2)Conceptualise and execute festivals, weekend programming, workshops, performances, community events and large-scale activations.

3)dentify and develop brand partnerships, sponsorships and activation opportunities.

4)Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, BD and Park Operations teams to drive footfall and monetisation.

5)Manage end-to-end event execution including agencies, vendors, production, artists, manpower, budgets and timelines.

6)Build relationships with brands, event agencies, production houses, artists and other partners.

7)Develop innovative event concepts tailored to different park locations and audiences.





8)Track event performance through footfall, engagement, revenue and partnership metrics.

9)Lead internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and high-quality visitor experiences.

Candidate Profile

1)15+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, BTL, activations or brand experiences.

2)Proven experience in large-scale and multi-city event execution.

3)Robust exposure to brand management, client servicing, event production and stakeholder management.

4)Excellent conceptualisation, presentation and project management skills.

5)Strong commercial understanding of partnerships, sponsorships and revenue opportunities.

6)Ability to manage teams, agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.

7)Willingness to travel across Zyng Parks locations.
