Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products, manage inventory levels, and optimize product assortment.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform buying decisions.

- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing agreements, resolve issues, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.

- Strong understanding of fragrance industry trends and consumer preferences.

- Proven track record in developing effective buying plans and managing multiple categories simultaneously.
