Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Head – Admission Counsellor to lead our admission counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for managing counsellors, handling student enquiries, improving lead-to-admission conversion, monitoring follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and monitor the daily activities of the Admission Counselling Team.
- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face counselling.
- Counsel students regarding TNPSC, Bank, SSC, RRB, TNUSRB, TET and other competitive exam courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Monitor leads from enquiry to admission and ensure proper follow-up.
- Drive lead conversion, admission closures and revenue targets.
- Allocate leads to counsellors and monitor individual performance.
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions and pending leads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to counsellors.
- Handle difficult enquiries, objections and important student/parent interactions.
- Ensure accurate CRM/database updates and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic and Branch teams for smooth admissions.
- Identify opportunities to improve counselling and conversion processes.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission performance reports for management.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch-level targets.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5+ years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales or EdTech.
- Prior experience in team handling / counselling team leadership is preferred.
- Experience in competitive exam coaching or the education industry will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A confident leader who can build a high-performing counselling team, improve conversions and create a positive admission experience for students. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
