We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head Accounts & Finance to independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for Accounts, Finance, Billing, Purchase, Audit, Taxation, P&L;, Expense Management, Cost Control, MIS, Financial Reporting, Banking, Receivables, Payables, GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong financial leadership, hands-on accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
- Oversee accounting, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, provisions, adjustments, reconciliations, and maintenance of books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, P&L;, and financial statements.
- Monitor revenue, costs, operating expenses, gross profit, EBITDA, and overall profitability.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and control operating, administrative, departmental, and other business expenses.
- Implement cost-control and cost-optimization measures to improve profitability.
- Oversee billing and invoicing, including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documents.
- Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, collections, and overdue receivables in coordination with Sales and Operations.
- Manage purchase accounting and vendor payments, including purchase invoices, POs, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
- Ensure accurate allocation of purchases and expenses to relevant departments, branches, projects, or cost centers.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness and proper documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS,



Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, statutory authorities, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present MIS and Management Reports covering P&L;, revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, cash flow, and cost analysis.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Assist in annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working-capital management.
- Strengthen internal controls, approval systems, accounting processes, and compliance mechanisms.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all financial information.

Candidate Profile

- 15 - 18 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance; 16+ years preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in P&L; Management, Cost Control, Expense Management, Taxation, Audit, MIS, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, and Cash Flow Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, Tally/ERP; knowledge of SAP FICO will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial planning, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete Finance function and lead a team.
- Ability to provide meaningful financial insights and business recommendations to senior management.

Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com preferred.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
