Harito is a home healthcare company providing trusted, professional care at home through trained and verified healthcare professionals across nursing, physiotherapy, eldercare and specialised care.

Role The Field Care Executive will build Harito's medical referral network and generate healthcare leads by developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, doctors and other medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Medical Partnerships: Identify, approach and onboard hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres and other medical bodies as Harito referral partners.
- Lead Generation: Generate, track and grow qualified home healthcare leads through the partner network.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, administrators and key decision-makers to drive repeat referrals.
- Micro-Market Development: Build Harito's presence and referral network across assigned localities.
- Corporate & Community Outreach: Engage corporates, RWAs, gated communities and old age homes for healthcare collaborations and lead generation.
- Events & Activations: Support relevant health,



fitness and community events to generate visibility, partnerships and leads.
- Market Intelligence: Track local opportunities, competitor activity, service gaps and market developments.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, business development or partnerships in healthcare domain.

Knowledge, contacts of Bangalore’s Healthcare system will be added advantage.

Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory for navigating Bangalore's diverse markets

Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a deep understanding of Bangalore's geography.

Grit: A street-smart problem-solving approach, with solid networking, communication and relationship-building skills. Strong ownership, persistence and follow-up ability.
