? We’re Hiring: Hardware Design Engineer

VETiNSTANT Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., an IIT Madras Research Park–based deep-tech startup, is looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to join our product development team.We are building next-generation veterinary healthcare devices combining sensors, embedded systems, RF, and connected technologies.

What you'll work on

· Hardware architecture and circuit design

· 6-layer / multilayer PCB design

· RF and wireless communication

· Sensor and analog front-end integration

· Power management and battery-operated systems

· MCU-based hardware and communication interfaces

· Hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation

· Hardware–firmware integration

· Prototype development and testing

· DFM and transition from prototype to production

What we're looking for

· Strong fundamentals in electronics and hardware design

· Hands-on experience with multilayer PCB design





· Practical experience with RF and antenna integration

· Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits

· Experience with MCUs, sensors, and communication interfaces

· Good debugging and problem-solving skills

· Experience taking hardware from schematic → PCB → prototype → validation

· Good to have: Experience with battery-powered, IoT, wearable, medical/healthcare, or other compact electronic products.
