Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at IKAYI in Lucknow. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, and providing clear information about menu offerings, specials, and promotions. Day-to-day tasks include handling guest inquiries in person and over the phone, coordinating with the serving and bar staff, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests during peak hours.

Associate supports the resolution of guest concerns, maintains a high level of professionalism at all times, and contributes to a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment. The role requires consistent punctuality, reliability,



and a strong focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including the ability to address guest needs and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess reservations management skills, with experience handling bookings, waitlists, and seating plans.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and, ideally, Hindi.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a courteous demeanor, and a polished appearance appropriate for a guest-facing role.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or point-of-sale systems are an advantage.
