We are looking for a Guest Relation Coordinator to ensure smooth and hassle-free movement of guests throughout their travel . The role involves coordinating with guests, drivers, hotels, tour coordinators, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely transfers, check-ins, sightseeing, and other package-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor guest movements as per the approved travel itinerary.

- Communicate with guests before and during their journey and provide necessary assistance.

- Coordinate airport/railway station pickups, transfers, hotel check-ins, sightseeing and departures.

- Liaise with drivers, hotels, guides, activity providers and destination partners.

- Track daily guest movements and ensure services are delivered as scheduled.

- Handle guest queries, special requests and service-related issues promptly.

- Escalate emergencies,



delays or service issues to the concerned team.

- Maintain accurate guest movement records and daily operational updates.

- Collect guest feedback and report service gaps to the operations team.

- Ensure guests receive a positive and seamless travel experience.

Experience: 13 years in travel operations, guest relations, tourism or hospitality preferred.
