Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad.

The role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling enquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with F&B;, Gaming and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Freshers with strong communication and guest-handling skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and basic concerns.
- Provide information about gaming, F&B;, packages, activities and venue facilities.
- Ensure a positive and seamless guest experience throughout the visit.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Gaming and Operations teams to address guest requirements.
- Support smooth day-to-day venue operations.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain professional grooming and service standards.
- Follow company policies, SOPs and customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, F&B;, Aviation, Retail or Entertainment.
- Freshers with robust communication and customer-handling skills can apply.




- Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Confident, courteous and customer-focused approach.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Family Entertainment Centres (FEC)
- Gaming and Entertainment
- Hotels and Hospitality
- Restaurants and F&B;
- Aviation
- Retail
- Customer Service

Work Schedule
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational weekly off
- Rotational shifts: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
