About the RoleEntartica SeaWorld is developing a premium watersports and leisure experience in Alibaug with a strong focus on premium watersports, hospitality, guest experience, events and experiential entertainment.

We are looking for a Guest Experience & Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of the customer journey at the site — from greeting the guest and explaining experiences to generating sales, coordinating activities, managing hospitality, training the team and developing robust local business relationships.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, presentable, commercially driven and comfortable interacting directly with premium customers, hotel guests, families, corporate groups, event planners and travel partners.
