About the Role:

We are looking for a GTM Engineer who can build the systems, automations, and workflows that help FOXO acquire, convert, and engage members at scale. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Growth, Sales, Marketing, Data, Automation, AI, and Technology. You will work closely with the founding team to turn GTM ideas into working systems and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and automate lead generation, enrichment, qualification, routing, and follow-up workflows.
- Set up and optimise CRM, sales, marketing, and GTM automation systems.
- Connect tools using APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation platforms.
- Build AI-powered workflows for lead research, personalisation, outreach, and GTM operations.
- Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and build solutions to improve lead → consultation → member conversion.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track GTM performance and identify opportunities.
- Run rapid GTM experiments across acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
- Reduce manual work by automating repetitive sales and marketing processes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical, and Leadership teams to execute GTM initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Technology, Growth, Sales Operations, or a similar role.




- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CRM, automation, and growth systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, data, and integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar is a solid advantage.
- Solid interest and hands-on experience in using AI to automate and improve GTM workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently take a problem from idea → build → test → measure → improve.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

- You understand funnels, conversion, CRM, and revenue metrics.
- You are highly hands-on, curious, and resourceful—if a tool or solution doesn't exist, you figure out how to build it.
- Startup experience, especially in healthtech, wellness, D2C, SaaS, or consumer businesses, is a plus.
