The Opportunity

Are you passionate about growth marketing, AI-powered outreach, and building scalable customer acquisition systems?

We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity, data, and AI tools to accelerate Learnfluid’s marketing efforts. In this hands-on role, you’ll plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, use AI to personalise outreach at scale, optimise paid campaigns, and help build a predictable pipeline of parents and students.

You’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, Social Media Manager, and Customer Success team while having the opportunity to experiment with current AI tools and growth strategies in a fast-moving EdTech setting.

What You’ll Do

Growth Campaign Execution

- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and paid social platforms.
- Develop outreach strategies to increase parent and student engagement.
- Execute campaigns from ideation through optimisation and reporting.

AI-Powered Outreach

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, and AI sequencing tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Create personalised outreach messages and campaign sequences at scale.
- Identify new AI workflows that improve speed, quality, and campaign performance.





Paid Marketing Management

- Support and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise targeting, messaging, and creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

Marketing Automation & CRM

- Build and maintain workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Zapier, and similar tools.
- Support lead nurturing activities and improve movement of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

Performance Analysis

- Track key metrics including:
- Outreach volume
- Engagement rates
- Lead generation
- Trial lesson bookings
- Conversion performance
- Analyse results and recommend improvements.

Collaborative Innovation

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to maintain consistent messaging.
- Bring new marketing ideas, tools, and processes to improve Learnfluid’s growth engine.

What We’re Looking For

Growth Marketing Foundation

- 2-3 years of practical experience in marketing, growth marketing, outreach, digital marketing, or SDR-related roles.
- Experience managing campaigns and executing marketing activities independently.

AI & Automation Skills

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
- Understanding of AI-assisted content creation, outreach automation, or marketing productivity tools.

Data-Driven Mindset

- Ability to understand campaign dashboards and identify areas for improvement.
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance reports.

Communication Skills

- Strong written English with the ability to create engaging messages for parents and students.




- Ability to understand customer behaviour and create compelling outreach campaigns.

Ownership & Problem Solving

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve growth strategies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows.
- Understanding of email marketing and automation.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus!)

- Experience with HubSpot, Customer.io, Zapier, or other CRM/automation platforms.
- Experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns.
- Previous experience in EdTech, tutoring, education, or parent-focused consumer businesses.
- Knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and emerging growth technologies.
